Terms of Use

Use of our services is only permitted in jurisdictions where digital assets and blockchain technologies are legal. It is the user's responsibility to verify local compliance.

Access to Services

By accessing or using any part of the Elyon ecosystem — including Unitribe, UniTube, UniHunt, Kuki, Elyon Chain Explorer, Elyon DEX, and Digital Banking services — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our services. By using our platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

Elyon reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services.

Digital Assets & Tokens

The Elyon Coin and any digital assets within the Elyon ecosystem are subject to market volatility and regulatory risks. Users should conduct their own research and understand the risks before engaging with digital assets.

• Digital asset values can fluctuate significantly. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• Token transactions on the blockchain are irreversible. Users are responsible for verifying all transaction details before confirmation.
• Staking, farming, and other DeFi activities carry inherent risks including but not limited to smart contract vulnerabilities and impermanent loss.
• Elyon does not guarantee any returns on token holdings, staking, or other ecosystem activities.

Liability Limitation

Elyon shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect losses resulting from service usage or market fluctuations. This includes but is not limited to:

• Loss of funds due to token price volatility or market conditions.
• Losses arising from smart contract interactions, DeFi protocols, or liquidity pools.
• Damage caused by unauthorized access to your wallet or account (users are responsible for securing their private keys and credentials).
• Service interruptions, delays, or errors due to network congestion, maintenance, or external factors.
• Any losses resulting from reliance on information provided on the platform.

Account Suspension

Elyon reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account found in violation of these terms, without prior notice. Grounds for suspension include but are not limited to:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions or any applicable laws.
• Engaging in prohibited activities (listed below).
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions.
• Providing false or misleading information during account creation.
• Activity deemed harmful to the ecosystem or its users.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Elyon platform:

• Hacking or attempting unauthorized access to servers: Any attempt to breach, test, or circumvent security measures without authorization.
• Injecting malicious code, scripts, or viruses: Uploading or distributing any malware, trojans, worms, or harmful software.
• Manipulating the DAO voting system: Using bots, multiple accounts, or any other method to unfairly influence governance votes.
• Artificially influencing token prices or transactions: Engaging in wash trading, market manipulation, pump-and-dump schemes, or any form of price manipulation.
• Money laundering or fraud: Using the platform for illegal financial activities or to disguise the origin of funds.
• Harassment or abuse: Bullying, threatening, or harassing other users on Unitribe, UniTube, or any ecosystem platform.
• Intellectual property infringement: Uploading content that violates the copyright, trademark, or other IP rights of third parties.

User-Generated Content

Users retain ownership of content they create on Unitribe, UniTube, and other ecosystem platforms. However, by posting content, you grant Elyon a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content within the ecosystem.

• You are solely responsible for content you publish on the platform.
• Content must not violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights.
• We reserve the right to remove content that violates our community guidelines or these terms.
• Content moderation may be performed by AI systems and human moderators.

Staking, Rewards & DeFi

Participation in staking, liquidity provision, farming, and other DeFi features within the Elyon ecosystem is at the user's own risk. Key considerations:

• APY rates and reward structures may change based on market conditions and governance decisions.
• Smart contracts are audited but not guaranteed to be free from all vulnerabilities.
• Locked tokens during vesting or staking periods cannot be withdrawn until the specified unlock date.
• Rewards are distributed according to the on-chain smart contract logic and are publicly verifiable.

OCAP (On-Chain Agreement Protocol)

OCAP enables legally enforceable smart contracts on the Elyon blockchain. By using OCAP, you agree to the following additional terms:

• Smart Contract Execution: OCAP agreements are executed through audited smart contracts. Once deployed, contract terms are immutable and enforceable on-chain.
• 3-Layer Arbitration: Disputes are resolved through OCAP's tiered arbitration system — AI-powered initial review, community jury deliberation, and final escalation to the Elyon Legal Team.
• Evidence & NFC Authentication: Users can submit evidence including NFC-authenticated physical items. Evidence hashes are stored on-chain; personal data in evidence files remains off-chain.
• Payment Escrow: Funds locked in OCAP escrow smart contracts are released only upon contract completion or arbitration ruling. Neither party can unilaterally withdraw escrowed funds.
• Legal Standing: While OCAP aims to provide legally enforceable agreements, the enforceability of on-chain agreements may vary by jurisdiction. Users should seek independent legal advice for high-value contracts.
• Data on OCAP: Agreement terms, party wallet addresses, and evidence hashes are permanently recorded on-chain. Personal identifiers are stored off-chain and subject to our Privacy Policy and GDPR Policy.

Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Elyon operates. Users are responsible for complying with local laws and regulations applicable to their use of our services.

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Elyon, its founders, team members, partners, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising out of your use of the platform, violation of these terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Changes to These Terms

Elyon reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We recommend reviewing these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
